Do I have to pay royalties on my sales?
No royalties, ever. You keep 100% of your revenue. Our model is simple — you buy products from us, we support your business, and we grow together.
What is the minimum order to get started?
There is no minimum order for café operators. For distributors, the minimum is ₹1,00,000 per order. We're flexible based on your city tier and business stage.
Can I use my own branding alongside The Tea Planet brand?
Yes. You can co-brand your outlet — your business name + The Tea Planet brand. We provide guidelines to ensure brand consistency while giving you flexibility.
What documents do I need to get started?
GST registration, cancelled cheque, and basic business details. That's it. Our onboarding team will guide you through the process.
How long does it take to launch after approval?
Typically 7 days from your first order to serving customers. We dispatch within 1 week and training is done remotely via video calls and our SOPs.
What if I'm in a city where The Tea Planet doesn't have a presence yet?
That's even better. We actively look for operators in new cities. You could be the first The Tea Planet operator in your city — a significant competitive advantage.
Is there a territory exclusivity?
Territory exclusivity is available for operators who commit to monthly performance targets. This is discussed during the onboarding call based on your city and business plan.
